Luis Morera
Luis M. Morera is a member of the firm and manages the firm’s Consumer Affairs Practice where he is a consultant on consumer related legislation and regulatory issues. He participates regularly in the rulemaking process of the Department of Consumer Affairs. Mr. Morera is frequently asked to present at seminars on the topic of consumer affairs. Mr. Morera’s practice concentrates in general civil litigation, torts litigation, commercial litigation, administrative law, consumer affairs litigation and appellate litigation. He is also a Notary Public. He joined Estrella, LLC in July of 2001.
