Rosimar Rios-Torres

Ms. Ríos-Torres has dedicated her practice mostly to labor and employment related matters including wage and hour laws, wrongful termination, employment discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, and other employment related torts. She also has experience dealing with unionized work environments, specifically with collective bargaining negotiations, collective bargaining administration and litigating cases before the Bureau of Conciliation and Arbitration of the Puerto Rico Department of Labor and Human Resources.

She served as in-house counsel to a local business with over 115 employees.

Her practice includes client counseling and litigation related to labor and employment laws before administrative and judicial forums in Puerto Rico.
