Puerto Rico Legislature Proposes Overtime Payment to All Private Employees Working During COVID-19 Emergency

According to local news, Representative Georgie Navarro authored a Resolution (to be filed on Monday) proposing overtime payment to all private employees serving customers and currently working during COVID-19 emergency. The Resolution will only exempt those employers with less than 50 employees and with annual gross income that does not exceed ten million ($10,000,000.00) dollars.
