After a hard-fought final between UC Berkeley and William & Mary, UC Berkeley was proclaimed the champion of this year’s competition. The final was judged by Estrella LLC’s Kenneth Suria, UPR Law Professor Manuel Quilichini and US Magistrate Judge Marcos Lopez. Judge Lopez presided.
