Vannessa Díaz (Of Counsel)
Vannessa Díaz is a leader in the field of notarial services and civil law, offering clients personalized and effective legal solutions. Her dedication to justice and her ethical approach has set her apart as a professional committed to the well-being of the community and the defense of her clients’ rights.
Vannessa regularly assists clients with a wide range of notary services, including affidavits, deeds of sale, mortgage promissory note cancellations, powers of attorney, wills, and matters related to safe home laws. She also handles divorces before a notary and other non-contentious legal proceedings. With meticulous attention to detail, Vannessa ensures that all notarial matters comply with legal requirements while safeguarding her clients’ best interests.
In addition to her notarial work, Vannessa has extensive experience in civil law matters, advising clients on divorces, inheritance matters, alimony cases, name changes, and the expungement of criminal records. With her client-focused approach, she provides personalized guidance and dedicated support through complex legal challenges.
Vannessa began her career as a Legal Assistant at several law firms, where she stood out for her ability to conduct in-depth research and develop effective litigation strategies, especially in civil cases, labor law and immigration. Her ability to integrate detailed legal analysis with a practical approach to resolving legal disputes made her an invaluable asset to the teams she worked with. In 2019, Vannessa took a significant step in her career by founding Estudio Legal Enlace alongside her partner Jeffrey. In 2024, Estudio Legal Enlace created a strategic partnership with Estrella LLC, where she also serves as Of Counsel.
Throughout her academic journey, Vannessa excelled in various areas. She served as a Teaching Assistant for the courses in Research, Analysis, and Legal Writing as well as Family Law, where she shared her knowledge with students and contributed to the development of critical thinking in these fields. Additionally, she was an active member of the Interamerican Law Review, where her article on Labor Law was published, showcasing her ability to tackle complex topics and provide significant contributions in the academic realm. Her leadership was also reflected in her role as Treasurer of the Student Council at the School of Law, where she promoted student participation and managed resources for various initiatives within the university community.
