Firm Secures Dismissal of Premises Liability Lawsuit Based on Statutory Employee Doctrine

Litigation Practice Leader Yasthel Gonzalez secured the dismissal of a premises liability lawsuit against a retail client of the Firm. The lawsuit was filed by a vendor’s employee that we allegedly injured while working for the vendor at our client’s retail facility.

The Complaint was dismissed and Plaintiff’s appeal was also dismissed.
